If the required fixture is not available, all four mounts (716.308) can be ordered separately. 

Please refer to Enclosure 1.

If conventional rear axle bearings are fitted, the spacers must be removed before placing
the frame on the body jig.

Steps for CARBENCH alignment bracket set

Here, rear axle mounts

  and 33 are only to be set according to the new values. 

Only the vertical adjustment c is affected by this.

New c-values with hydro mounts fitted: 
Point

New c-values with conventional bearings with spacers:

Steps for CAR-O-LINER

If hydro mounts are fitted, data sheets 2:039 (underbody) and 602:020 
(upper body) should be selected.

If conventional bearings with spacers are fitted, data sheets 2:041 (underbody) and 602:
022 (upper body) should be selected.

Procedure:

The alignment bracket fixtures are in stock as store tools and will only be delivered to order.
