5 Series E39 540i (M62) SAL
Press in fasteners (1 ... 4) and remove acoustic cover.
Installation:
Position acoustic cover and press down until fasteners (1... 4)
snap audibly into place.
Remove complete exhaust system.
Remove front splash guard.
Remove heat shield and bracket for underbody protection on left
and right.
Grip clamp bushing (1) and slacken nut (2).
Installation:
Adjust selector lever.
