5 Series E39 540i (M62) TOUR
Disconnect alternator connections.
Connections illustrated here on removed alternator.
Disconnect plug connection (1).
Unscrew nut (2).
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 12 31 1AZ.
Unfasten cable clip (1).
Unclip cooling air guide.
RA Removing and installing/replacing alternator (M60, M62)
