5 Series E39 M5 (S62) SAL
E39 and E52:
Release screws.
Tightening torque, 12 41 1AZ.
Withdraw starter motor from transmission mounting.
Remove starter motor.
Installation:
Check starter pinion for damage.
Check starter ring gear for damage.
