Removing and installing radiator (S62)
Important!
Danger of scalding!
Only perform this work after engine has cooled down.
Drain coolant,
refer to 17 00 005 .
Remove and install coolant expansion tank,
refer to 17 11 100 .
Remove fan cowl,
refer to 17 11 031 .
Lift out spring (1).
Disconnect water hose (2).
Release left and right screws (3) on radiator.
Remove both brackets (4).
Installation:
Slide back spring (1).
Water hose (2) must snap audibly into place.
Pull off plug (1).
Lift out spring (2).
Disconnect water hose (3).
Installation:
Slide back spring (2).
Water hose (3) must snap audibly into place.
