5 Series E60 535d (M57TU) SAL
Remove pressure pipe (4) .
Release screw (1).
Release cable from holders (3).
Twist out intake hose (2) in direction of arrow.
Installation:
Check rubber seal on L.P. turbocharger (5) for correct seating.
Unscrew nut (2).
Lay vacuum reservoir (3) to one side.
Release bolts (1) with special washers.
Installation:
Pressure pipe can only be removed with the H.P. turbocharger
and must be installed at the same time as the H.P. turbocharger.
Replace all sealing rings.
Coat sealing rings with engine oil.
Release screws (2).
Remove pipe (3) in direction of arrow.
Release screws (4).
Remove heat shield (1).
Release screw (4).
Release banjo bolt (5).
Tightening torque 11 42 6AZ

Release screw (1).
Release oil return line (2) and lay to one side.
