5 Series E61 520d (M47T2) TOUR
Release all cable ties (1).
Disconnect all plug connections (2).
Remove backrest cover (2) complete with padding towards front.
Installation:
Adjusting unit (1) must be secured on left and right in opening of
padding.
Detach all retainers in areas (1).
Release all retainers.
Installation:
Bend new retainers closed with pliers 52 0 050 .
Remove backrest cover (1) from padding.
Remove all remnants of clips from backrest cover (1) and
padding.
RA Replacing backrest cover for left or right front seat (comfort)
