Removing and installing (replacing) control
unit for sliding/tilting sunroof (from 03/2007)
Important!
Read and comply with notes on protection against
electrostatic damage (ESD protection).
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove luggage compartment floor trim
•
If necessary, remove storage tray for car jack
•
If necessary, remove spare wheel
•
Remove control unit cover
M5:
Remove control unit for sliding/tilting sunroof (1) from insert
shell (2).
Disconnect plug connection (3).
All:
Remove control unit for sliding/tilting sunroof (1) from equipment
mounting (2).
Disconnect plug connection (3).
