5 Series E61 535d (M57T2) TOUR
Release bolts (1) with special tool 11 6 050 .
Tightening torque 11 65 2AZ
.
Remove L.P. turbocharger downwards.
Installation:
Clean sealing surfaces and replace seal.
To avoid damaging the threads and prevent turbocharger leakage,
insert retaining screws in 1/2 turns simultaneously.
Adjust turbine control flap.
Assemble engine.
