Removing and installing/replacing diesel
particulate filter (M57TU TOP)
Warning!
Scalding hazard!
Only perform these tasks on an engine that has cooled down.
Unfasten screw connection.
Installation:
Replace seal.
Replace self-locking nuts.
Release temperature sensor (1).
Release bolt connection and remove diesel particulate filter (2).
Installation:
Replace seal.
Replace self-locking nuts
Installation:
Check exhaust system for leaks.
