The form is to be filled out as follows:

1.

Personal contact information.

2.

Select the digital street map being used from the drop-down menu (e.g. Germany).

3.

Select the region (for German road map, it is only possible to select Germany, for the
Central Europe road map, select the country), in which the discrepancy was recorded.

4.

Further delimitation of the region affected by selection of the subregion.

5.

BMW customers select "I am a Navigation System User" here.

6.

Enter the CD or DVD version used, e.g. 2003-1 (is printed on the sleeve or DVD/CD).

7.

Enter the vehicle the navigation computer is used in (CD or DVD drive, vehicle model
(3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series...)).

8.-11.

State the location of the discrepancy found as precisely as possible with town,

street and post code.

12. Using the predefined menu items first define whether the message refers to an

addition, change or deletion.
Then describe the discrepancy further.

13. Describe the discrepancy in this text box in as much detail as possible using all known

factors (road geometry, signposting, etc.).

14. Here it is possible to attach files, e.g. screenshots of the navigation map, voice notes

or map material to further clarify the discrepancy.

When all the fields have been completed, forward the form to the road map publisher where
it is analysed by clicking on the "Submit" button and an analysis is carried out.

Confirmation that the form has been forwarded to the appropriate place is sent to the e-mail
address given in the personal data.
