Replacing pressure sensor (GS7S47BG SMG)
Important!
Before working on hydraulic system:
-
Reduce pressure in hydraulic system by means of
Service Functions in DIS Tester (Replacement and
Repair)
-
Disconnect hydraulic pump relay in electronics box
Do not reconnect relay for entire duration of repair work
Important!
After working on hydraulic system:
-
Perform bleeding using DIS Tester, refer to Service
Functions in DIS Tester (Replacement and Repair)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Unscrew and remove splash guard.
•
Remove reinforcement plate
Important notes on installation are described in this work step
•
Remove heat shields
Disconnect connector (1).
Release pressure sensor (2).
Tightening torque 23 41 23AZ
.
Remove sensor.
