3. Structural adhesive (contained in gluing device set 41 3 100 ):
Installation:
Apply adhesive uniformly.
Guide nozzle at an angle of max. 60
°
along adhesive flange.
Apply adhesive in a bead shape centrally to adhesive flange of roof (2) (bead width 6+0.5 mm).
A wide adhesive bead (bead width 8 mm) is applied to windscreen and rear window flanges.
Installation:
Apply adhesive extensively in corners (1).
