Mechanical tools
E60 (M5), E63 (M6) with S85 engine
Situation:
New special tools are needed for professional repairs on the E60 and E63 with S85 (10-
cylinder) engine and SMG 7-speed manual transmission (GS7S47BG).
Offer and store tools are described in the enclosures. A distinction is made between the
following main groups:

S85 (10-cylinder) engine

Twin-plate clutch
-
SMG 7-speed manual transmission (GS7S47BG)

Suspension / rear axle
Procedure:
Offer tools will be supplied to every contractual partner with a tools agreement.
Store tools will be supplied to order only.
