Open weld joints in area (1).
Cut wheel arch along line (2).
Cut wheel arch along line (1).
Cut wheel arch along line (1).
Installation:
For reasons of accessibility, the repair joining sequence differs
from the standard joining sequence.
Attach new component from outside and plug weld.
Preparation of new part:
Mark new part in accordance with severance cut on vehicle +
20 mm extra material and cut (1).
Adjust outer wheel arch section to fit in conjunction with rear side
panel.
RA Replacing rear left outer wheel arch section (rear left side panel removed)
