If necessary, remove chain wheel from crankshaft.
Fit special tool 11 2 383 to crankshaft.
Remove chain wheel with special tool 11 2 000 in conjunction
with special tool 11 2 004.
Installation:
Shrink-fit chain wheel to crankshaft.
Check wedge for correct position.
Heat sprocket to max. 150
°
C with hot air blower or hotplate.
Caution!
Do not exceed specified temperature!
Replace main bearing shells on crankshaft,
refer to 11 21 531
Replace conrod bearing shells,
refer to 11 24 571
Replace grooved ball bearing in crankshaft,
refer to 11 21 571
