Installing and removing or replacing oil pump
(M67)
Remove lower oil sump section,
refer to 11 13 020.
Failure to adhere precisely to the following procedure for removing
the oil pump will result in damage to the sealing face.
Sprocket wheel on oil pump must not be detached.
Loosen screws (1).
Note:
Oil pump (1) is removed together with intake pipe.
Lift off oil pump (1) towards bottom and feed with lug (2) past
screw (3).
Press oil pump (1) upwards and lift chain (4) over sprocket
wheel.
Remove oil pump (1).
