7 Series E38 740d (M67) SAL
Note:
Do not damage sealing faces on turbocharger.
Remove turbocharger (1) completely towards front.
Loosen screws (1).
Convert return pipe (2) to new turbocharger.
Installation:
- Replace gasket (1).
- Clean sealing faces (2) on turbocharger and on return pipe.
Add final details to vehicle.
Installation:
Top up coolant,
refer to 17 00 005 .
Vent cooling system and check for leaks,
refer to 17 00 039 .
