7 Series E38 740d (M67) SAL
Release nut (1) on left engine mount.
Unscrew bolt (2).
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 18 00 1AZ .
Assemble special tool (00 0 200) with special tool
(00 0 201 / 202 / 204 / 208) and attach as illustrated.
Note:
Supports (1) of special tool 00 0 208 must rest as near
together as possible on screws of both side walls.
Attach special tool (11 0 020) to front and rear engine
suspension lugs and to hook as illustrated.
Raise engine 25 mm.
Release clamps (1).
Tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 65 10AZ .
Disconnect pressure hose (2).
Disconnect plug (3).
Caution!
Fit charge air hoses dry and without grease.
Release clamps (1).
Push hose (2) onto return pipe of turbocharger.
