Raise engine wiring harness (1) a little.
Release and disconnect plug at oil pressure switch.
Remove engine wiring harness (1) or tie to one side.
Follow instructions for working on cooling system.
Release locking element on water hose (1).
Detach water hose (1) from EGR cooler.
Release clamp (2).
Detach water hose (3).
Release clamps (1).
Disconnect right EGR pipe (3).
Disconnect EGR pipe on left (2).
Installation note:
Clamps (1) must be reinstalled in same position.
For installation of intake air manifold, clamps (1) must still be
able to be turned.
Release clamps (1).
Tightening torque 11 71 1AZ
.
Installation note:
Clamps (1) must be reinstalled in same position.
Release screws (2).
Remove EGR cooler (3).
RA Removing and installing/replacing exhaust gas recirculation cooler (EGR cooler)
