Replacing Left or Right Side Member Cover for 7 Series E38 740d (M67) SAL
Mark the separating point in the cut-out area in the center and
completely separated the B-column.
Note:
The adhesive for the sheet metal shells of the B-column is
only reserved for the cut-out area.
Separate the separating points cover for the side member.
Drill out the points for the door opening.
Expose and open the connection point of the underbody.
Expose and open the connection points in the interior.
Remove side member cover.
Partially remove the insulating mats in the interior.
