Installation:

Ensure that gaskets are correctly seated.

Push tensioning rail firmly inwards.

Fit timing-chain cover.

Install all screws.

Fit screws (1) against cylinder head with no clearance.

Installation:

Tighten screws (2) on timing case cover in two passes.

Installation:

Then tighten remaining screws (1) in cylinder head in two
passes.

For tightening torque,

refer to Technical Data 11 14 1AZ
