7 Series E38 740iL (M60-2) SAL
Weld together wheel arch/A-pillar connection point (in carrier
plate).
Weld carrier support to A-column.
Grind down welded surfaces.
Adjust closing plate on units compartment (1) to fit partition wall
carrier plate (2).
Mark out holes for plug-welding.
Remove closing plate from units compartment.
Drill out holes for plug welding in closing plate on units
compartment.
Clean connection faces on closing plate of units compartment and
on front wheel arch.
