7 Series E38 740iL (M60-2) SAL
Push setting lever (1) towards rear up to end of control rail (2) and
turn front of control rail (2) upwards.
Turn slide (1) and remove from control rail (2) towards top.
Slide control rail (1) back and remove from setting lever (2) and
lock (3).
If necessary, press down lock (1) and remove control rail (2)
completely from setting lever (3).
