Replacing all rubber mounts on front and rear
final drive mounts
Final drive removed
Remove rubber mount with special tool 33 3 314 / 315 and
33 4 171 / 174.
Installation:
Coat rubber mount with Circolight, refer to BMW Parts
Service.
Align long bore (1) transversely across vehicle. Bush (2)
points in forwards direction of travel (F).
C = installation position in rear axle carrier
Draw in rubber mount (1) fully using special tool
33 3 314 / 315 and 33 4 172 / 173.
RA Replacing all rubber mounts on front and rear final drive mounts
