Removing and installing / replacing
evaporator (air conditioner control)
Heater / air conditioner removed,
refer to 64 11 205
Remove expansion valve,
refer to 64 51 520
Remove heater core,
refer to 64 11 207
Loosen hose clips on right and left sides and pull off hoses.
Unclip linkages.
Installation:
Move both levers in upper detent and clip in linkages.
Unfasten all screws and clips from lower section of housing,
remove lower section of housing and lever out evaporator.
