7 Series E38 L7 (M73) SAL
Unscrew central bolt.
Special tool 11 2 420.
Note:
Protect engine bracket from damage.
Insert wood between engine support and special
tool 11 2 420.
Unscrew central bolt.
Installation:
The vibration damper is secured with a parallel key.
Installation:
Replace central screw.
Tighten the central screw with torque.
For tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 23 2AZ
Place special tool 11 3 460 on special tool 11 2 420.
Note:
Special tool 11 3 460 is magnetic.
Select 0
°
location and mark on insertion nut. Tighten the central
screw with torsion angle.
For tightening torque,
refer to Technical Data 11 23 2AZ
