Disconnect plug connection.

Note:

The sensor is fastened to the fuel tank with a bayonet lock.

To open, install water pump pliers with tips in recesses on sensor
housing.

Turn the bayonet lock to the left until the arrow "Open" points to
the arrow on the fuel tank. 

Caution!

Do not bend sensor.

Carefully lift out sensor.
