b)

Specified ventilation time at least 1 minute.

c)

Apply a thin coat of Sika 210 T bonding agent.

d)

Specified ventilation time at least 5 minutes.

Installation:

Caution!

Installation must be completed within 10 minutes since, otherwise, the glue bead will form a skin and no longer
provides sufficient adhesion.

Always remove glue residue before glue has time to harden using cleaning agent (Sika-Entferner 208, Sourcing
Reference: BMW Parts Service). Do not press side window back out. 

Hardened glue can only be removed by machine.

Hardening:

The glue hardens through reaction with air moisture at room temperature. 

The minimum hardening time is achieved at 22 

°

C and 38% relative humidity, refer to table. 

The vehicle must not be exposed to one-sided loads during the minimum hardening time (refer to table) (for example
one wheel on the curb, workshop platform etc.), although it can be maneuvered in the workshop (on level ground).

Glues and their minimum hardening times:

Glue

SikaTack - Ultrafast (hot processing)

2 hours

Sikaflex 255 FC (cold processing)

4 hours
