Unlock holder (1) and remove.

Note:

Texts refer to and illustrations show the left side. The procedure is
identical for the right side.

Lower radiator core in direction of arrow, set down on floor and
secure against falling over. Remove special tool  11 0 020 .

Installation:

Make sure rubber mounts are correctly seated on module carrier.

(Rubber mounts can fall off)

Installation:

When installing radiator core, make sure radiator core (1) and air
duct (2) are correctly positioned.

Check stored fault messages.

Clear fault memory

Add coolant 

Check power steering fluid level

Bleed power steering unit 

Check oil/fluid levels in engine and in automatic transmission,
refer to Maintenance and General Information HG00.

Check all coolant lines/hydraulic lines for leaks
