Replacing crankshaft radial seal (M67)
Remove automatic transmission,
refer to 24 00 026.
Remove flywheel,
refer to 11 22 510.
Release screws on end cover (1).
Installation:
Observe different standard tightening torques of M6 and M8
screws.
Carefully detach end cover (1) at fixtures (2) with two
screwdrivers (3).
Remove gasket (1).
Clean sealing faces (2).
Installation:
Replace gasket (1).
