Replacing all leakage oil lines (M67)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Layout of common rail system (M67)
•
Switch off ignition
•
Remove acoustic cover
•
Remove cover for injectors
Note:
To release leakage oil lines:
-
Press in retainer (1)
-
Detach connection of leakage oil line (2) upwards
Detach leakage oil lines (1) from injectors on left and right
cylinder banks.
Note:
For a better overview, the wiring harness for injectors, cable
strip and pressure lines are not shown.
Installation:
Replace sealing rings (1) on leakage oil lines (2) if
damaged.
