Announcement of mobile phone brochure

Situation:

Service advisers and workshop supervisors are frequently asked questions about mobile
phones. 

These questions largely concern mobile phone networks and how the mobile phone reacts
to insufficient network coverage, or when the network is overloaded.

One question that is asked over again is, for example, "Why is the connection always
interrupted at a certain point on my way to work?".

To help you answer such questions, we are making a brochure immediately available that
deals with this complex subject in detail.

This brochure, entitled "What you should know about mobile phones" explains mobile
phone technology, its potential and natural limitations. Moreover, readers are given lots of
practical tips on how to operate their mobile phones correctly.

This brochure has been designed as a comprehensible source of information that can also
be used by customers and includes a glossary of key technical terms.

The brochure may be given to interested customers.

Procedure:

Every BMW dealer will receive one copy of the brochure free of charge.

It is possible to order additional copies (these will be invoiced).
