Removing and installing intake air manifold
(M67TU)
Special tools required:
•
12 2 200
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove acoustic cover
•
Remove centre of assembly compartment bulkhead
•
Release right pressure sensor with holder
•
Unclip left pressure sensor
Important!
If the charge air hoses are not fitted without grease and dry,
this will result in supercharger failure.
Fit charge air hoses dry and without grease.
Cylinders 1-7 only:
Unlock plug (1) on glow plugs with special tool 12 2 200 and
disconnect.
