Replacing both pressure lines (between
pressure accumulators on left and right)
(M67TU)

Special tools required:

13 0 140

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Read out fault memories of DDE control units

Switch off ignition

Remove acoustic cover

Remove cover for injectors

Remove centre of assembly compartment bulkhead

Remove acoustic foam (rear side, intake air manifold)

Unlock plug on pressure regulator and disconnect

Unlock plug on differential pressure sensor and disconnect

Unlock plug on swirl flap actuator and disconnect

Release cable duct (on right from intake air manifold)

Release bracket (rear side, intake air manifold)

Unclip all lines and cables from holder

Important!

It is essential to adhere to conditions of absolute cleanliness
when working on the fuel system.

Do not allow any dirt particles or foreign bodies to get into the

system

Use only fluff-free cloths

Remove all traces of dirt before removing pipes or individual

components

Seal all fuel system openings with protective caps
