Replacing right engine mount (M67/M67TU)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Secure engine in installation position
Release both engine mounts from above
Tightening torque, 22 11 2AZ
.
•
Lower front axle support
•
Detach vacuum hose from engine mount
Release screw (1).
Tightening torque 32 00 1AZ
.
Unscrew nuts (2).
Tightening torque 22 11 5AZ
.
Remove engine mount from mounting bracket.
Tightening torque 22 11 4AZ
.
Installation:
Lug (1) of engine mount must point to middle of vehicle.
Engine mount designations:
1.
Right engine mount: Even component number
2.
Left engine mount: Odd component number
