7 Series E65 760i (N73) SAL
Release screws (1) and remove coolant pipe (2).
Release screws along lines (3) and remove end cover (4)
towards top.
Installation:
Replace all seals.
Tightening torque: 11 14 5AZ
.
Drive out coolant pipe (1) with special tool
23 1 040 at
cutout (2) towards front.
Installation:
Replace coolant pipe (1) and sealing ring (3).
Press in coolant pipe (1) by hand.
Installation:
Grease sealing rings with mounting lubricant.
Clean sealing faces (2).
Check adapter sleeves (3) for damage and correct installation
position.
Installation:
Replace gaskets (4), observe installation position.
Assemble engine.
