7 Series E66 730Li (N52) SAL
Cut exhaust pipe with special tool 00 2 210 at marked point.
Installation:
Deburr cutting line.
Unscrew nuts.
Tightening torque 18 20 4AZ
.
Modify grounding strap (1) during replacement.
Release nut on rear muffler (1).
Tightening torque 18 20 5AZ
.
Remove final muffler.
Connect rear muffler to centre muffler by means of clamping
sleeve.
Installation:
Align clamping sleeve so that:
•
Nuts point downwards.
•
Cutting line is in middle of clamping sleeve.
•
There is sufficient spacing to adjoining components.
