Removing and installing/replacing rear centre
trim (from 03/2005)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
If necessary, remove license plate
•
Remove trim for rear lid at bottom
Note:
Releasing the rear centre trim on the inside is described for the
left side; proceed in the same way for the right side.
Unscrew nut (1).
Tightening torque 51 13 6AZ
.
Release screw (1).
Lever out insert nuts (2).
Release rear centre trim at catches (3) and remove towards rear.
Installation:
Following parts must not be damaged or missing:

Clips (1).
-
Screw inserts (2)
-
Seals (3)
