Preparation of new part:

Mark severance cut in accordance with measurement a (1) and
cut completely.

Measurement a = approx. 200 mm from baffle plate.

Open weld joints in area (2) on inside and outside of engine
carrier.

Caution!

Mark severance cut (3) in accordance with severance cut on
vehicle. Cut outer metal sheet only.

Installation:

Adjust new part to fit with straightening attachment or universal
mount.

RA  Replacing left engine carrier (partial replacement before front axle)
