Replacing lumbar cushion on left or right rear
seat
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove rear seat.
•
Remove rear panel on rear seat backrest.
•
Remove valve housing for lumbar support.
Detach backrest cover at bottom from backrest frame.
Remove air hoses (1) from backrest frame.
Disconnect air hoses (1) from valve housing.
Note:
Heat air hoses gently if they are firmly seated on valve housing.
Housing of valve block must not be unclipped (leakage). If necessary, release mounting and clip housing
together.
Detach lumbar cushion (3) from spring wire (2).
Remove lumbar cushion (3) towards bottom.
