Replacing outer tail panel section
Instructions for body repair.
Remove and/or loosen following components:
-
Rear lid upper section
-
Rear bumper
-
Impact absorbers
-
Trunk trim panels
-
Spare wheel
-
Tail lights, left/right
-
Cable harness (partially)
-
D-pillar trim panel, left/right
Vehicle parts located in the repair zone or threatened by heat,
sparks or dust must be removed or covered.
Open brazed joints (1) and welding spots (2).
Open welding spots (1).
Remove outer tail panel section.
