Removing and installing or replacing
expansion valve
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Draw off refrigerant from A/C system
•
Remove heater bulkhead
•
Remove trim for instrument panel, bottom left
•
Remove right glovebox
Release screws (1), tightening torque 64 53 2AZ
.
Detach lines (2).
Installation:
Replace sealing rings.
Unhook holder (1).
Unclip heating duct for right footwell (2) and remove in direction
of arrow.
Installation:
Ensure heating channel for right footwell (2) is correctly seated.
Release screw (1).
If necessary, disconnect plug connection at socket.
Unclip trim on center console (2) and remove.
