Removing and installing or replacing
condenser for air conditioner
A/C system is drawn off.
Remove intake hood.
M54, M62 only:
Remove intake filter housing.
Release screws (1) and remove radiator bracket (2).
Detach rubber strip (3).
Release screws (1) and detach lines (2).
Installation:
Replace sealing rings.
Release screws (3).
Gently press cooler (1) towards rear and lift out A/C
condenser (2).
Installation:
Lugs of plastic guides (3) must be securely engaged in bores.
Replace faulty plastic guides.
