Removing and installing/replacing counter-
support plate on seatbelt height adjuster,
front left or right
Remove inertia reel unit.
Unclip panel (1) on cable entry.
Release screws (1) simultaneously so that seatbelt height adjuster
(2) does not tilt.
Installation:
Tightening torque 72 11 12AZ.
Remove seatbelt height adjuster (2).
Release upper retaining screw (1) on counter-support plate.
Installation:
Tightening torque 72 11 10AZ.
Note:
Two wire ends (welding wire) dia. approx. 1 mm and approx.
1 m long are required for the following work steps.
Bend first wire end (2) to an eye.
