Removing and installing/replacing front
stabilizer (M62)
Remove underbody protection and reinforcement plate.
Remove pressure rod from stabilizer.
Remove both rubber mounts (1, 2).
Release guide joint in swivel bearing (left side of car).
Press spring strut forwards.
Lift stabilizer over drive shafts and remove towards left.
Installation:
Keep retaining bracket, rubber mount and stabilizer clean and free
from oil and grease.
Check rubber mount, replace if necessary.
