Replacing front left door column (partial
replacement) (front side panel removed)

Instructions for body repair.

Place vehicle on straightening bench.

Remove and, if necessary, replace following parts:

- 

Front door, left

- 

Front seat, left

- 

Front carpet (partially)

- 

Windshield

- 

Front lid

- 

Left: Lower trim on instrument panel

- 

Right: Glove compartment

- 

Mucket, front door

- 

Finishing strip, entrance, front

Remove or cover up vehicle components in the repair zone which
are at risk from heat, flying sparks and dust.

Open welding spots (1) and seams (2) and remove outer support
carrier (3).

Caution!

For the following severance cuts, cut through the outer metal
only.
