Removing and installing or replacing rubbing
strip on left or right front door

Note:
Minimum object temperature of rubbing strip and front door
≥
18
°
C.
If this temperature is not achieved, the components must be
preheated.
Removing rubbing strip:
Heat rubbing strip (1) with hot air blower and detach with special
tool 00 9 317 from front door.
Cleaning rear door:
For cleaning, use a fluff-free disposable cloth or a clean cleaning
cloth.
Clean adhesive area of front door with spirit.
Air drying time at least 1 minute.
Do not grip bonding surface.
