Replacing fuel tank
Remove fuel tank,
refer to 16 11 030.
Caution!
Do not damage fuel lines.
Remove fuel gauge sensors on right and left.
These work steps are described on an installed fuel tank,
refer to 16 12 000 and 16 12 001.
Open hose clamps on following fuel lines:
(1)
Vent (to expansion tank, bottom)
(2)
Overflow (to expansion tank, top)
(3)
Overflow (to expansion tank, bottom)
(4)
Filling vent (to expansion tank, top, and to carbon canister)
(5)
Tank vent (to expansion tank, bottom)
Disconnect fuel lines from fuel tank.
