Remove pipe only after pressure has reduced completely at valve
unit.
Disconnect all plug connections.
Installation:
Pay attention to yellow markings on valve unit.
Check banjo bolt(s) for dirt, clean if necessary.
Carefully insert banjo bolt(s) by hand in order to avoid damaging
valve unit.
Tightening torque 37 12 3AZ
.
Remove pipes (1) from pressure accumulator (2).
Release screws and remove pressure accumulator (2) with valve
unit.
Replacement:
•
Modify valve unit
•
Modify pressure sensor
•
Use previous pressure accumulator as a template for
modifying or replacing small parts.
After installation:
•
Activate and fill air suspension system
